All online orders will be dispatched within 2-4 days of placing your order. If you have any urgent requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
RFD ships out of our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia using DHL Express for all shipments. It generally takes 4-7 days and we charge a flat-rate of $30AUD worldwide. (We are offering free shipping on orders over $150AUD).
NOTE: For shipping outside of Australia, Duties and Tax’s are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local authority for more information.
Once your order is sent we will email you with your tracking number, you can log on to the provided DHL website for shipment tracking. If for some reason you don’t receive your package within 7 days of shipment please email us through our contact form.
We cannot be responsible for any missing or late parcels but we will do our best to help you track them. If the details you have given us are incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you for further action, you will need to cover the costs of resending your order.
In the unfortunate event of receiving the incorrect product or if you find a fault with your item please contact us ASAP via our contact form.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love RFD as much as we love catching rays, so we are offering you a flexible online shopping Return & Exchange policy.
Refunds are not available if you have simply changed your mind, but size exchanges due to fit are welcome. We have a 14 day returns and exchange policy. If 14 days have gone by since your order is fulfilled, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be unused and in the original packaging with tags attached.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item we will happily exchange this item, issue a store credit, or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
Please notify us of your return or exchange request by email through our contact form.
In this email include your full name, order date, order number, and item details along with reason for exchange.
We will contact you with further documentation and steps required to process your request.
Shipping costs of return items will need to be covered by the customer and sent to our head office in Perth, Australia, by registered post, along with a pre paid return satchel for exchange items.
Once we have received your package and inspected the goods we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your request.
In the case of an approved exchange your new item will be shipped within 14 days. Approved refunds will credited within 14 days minus shipping fees.
