RETURNS POLICY

To lodge a return please contact us on hello@raysfordays.com with your order number. 

  • A return will be in exchange for store credit note only.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 
  • Sale items are not eligible to be returned.
  • We do not offer exchanges, but you can return an item for a credit note and re-purchase your desired item.
  • Items must be returned in original condition. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for any return items.

Once your return is received we will inspect it within 5 days. If you are approved your store credit will be processed that day.  Returns must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags still attached. If these conditions are deemed unmet then your return will not be accepted.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

Due to the slowly slowly hand made nature of Rays for Days each item is its own and we do hope you never need to return a faulty item. If you do please reach out to us via email urgently with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo. We will do our very best to help you.
